Booking terms
Reservation and payment terms
- Advance payment
- An advance, usually AED 500 and shown on each property page, secures the reservation. Weekday and weekend rates are shown on each property page, starting from AED 1,200 a night, and are confirmed for your dates before any payment.
- Balance
- Payable 48 hours before check-in.
- Security deposit
- Typically AED 1,000, payable before check-in and refunded after check-out, subject to a property inspection. The amount for each property is shown on its page.
- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM.
- Location
- Each property page shows the area on a map. The exact address and directions are shared once the reservation is confirmed.
- House rules
- At every property, guests are asked to keep the main gate closed for privacy and security. Any rules particular to a property are listed on its page and confirmed at the time of booking.

Farmhouse reservations
How many guests can be accommodated?
Properties range from three to eight bedrooms, and SF Lounge hosts gatherings of up to 50 guests. Share your group size and we will recommend suitable properties.
Do all properties have a swimming pool?
Ten of the twelve properties have a swimming pool, several of them covered or temperature-controlled. The comparison table on this page shows the pool at each property.
Are barbecue facilities available?
Most properties have a barbecue station or grill area. The amenities are listed on each property page.
Is catering included?
The rate covers the property itself. Most properties have a kitchen and barbecue facilities, and several are close to restaurants that deliver. Please ask if you require assistance with catering.
Can private events be held at the properties?
Yes. Please state the occasion and the number of guests in your enquiry so that we can recommend a suitable property. SF Lounge hosts gatherings of up to 50 guests.
When is the best time of year to stay?
October to April is the cooler season and is best suited to outdoor use. For the summer months, we recommend properties with a covered or temperature-controlled pool.
What are the pet and cancellation policies?
Both vary by property. The policies for your chosen property and dates are confirmed before payment.
